I’ve been on the SPX Realty team for the last 18 months. My experience here has been an extremely positive one. The leadership of Philip Kranefuss is absolutely fantastic. He is a true professional that understands how important it is to be a mentor, a coach and extremely gifted in assisting realtors to find their talent and grow in this field.

I was initially interested in SPX Realty because of Phillip’s comfortable and approachable style. He’s able to teach and train while at the same time instill equality and feel as though you are progressing quickly under his tutelage. He instills equality and a humble sharing of wisdom where everyone grows and becomes a master from a free exchange of information. He has high integrity, professionalism and expertise. He comes from a background of high tech and motor cross, I mean how fun is that?! He shares a love I have for politics and community affairs. As a managing broker he’s extremely efficient in getting back to me and responding to my business needs. He and his staff are always there for me. Since being on the SPX Realty team, I’ve also noticed a culture that is positive,uplifting, and attitude of sharing information, knowledge and experience. This positive culture permeates through every hire that comes on board with SPX Realty and it is a shared commonality of wanting each member on the SPX Realty team to be successful. Phillip has been able to achieve this culture by hiring like-minded individuals and recently this past year by hiring an additional managing broker by the name of Arin Abbott, who is clearly an exceptional leader, proficient in her own real estate business and willing and interested in teaching and assisting others to achieve that same success.

When I worked for many of the other top name real estate brokerages in the Denver metro area there was often a feeling of competition, secrecy and intimidation. At SPX I don’t experience any of that negative culture. I’ve only notice a down to earth, professional atmosphere with like-minded individuals who want to achieve success through integrity and assisting each other to aspire to that next level of success. While working at other brokerage firms I felt as though I was giving the majority of my paycheck to a brand-name that wasn’t in return giving me of themselves. At SPX Realty I find the opposite to be true, each week I’m given leads to follow up on for potential real estate clients and they take only a $300 charge from my paycheck at closing, whereas our brokerage competition want 40% of my paycheck. I felt like it was robbery at other brokerages, where they gave so very little, but took so much.

Also, at SPX Realty I’m able to have all of my questions answered quickly and efficiently. In times past other brokerages I felt intimidated to even ask a simple question. At SPX Realty I feel comfortable and at home and I’m able to be a stronger realtor that’s more knowledgeable because I have the experience and back up of Philip Kranefuss and Arin Abbott to assist me when I have a question or concern. That gives me so much peace in order to be more successful and more driven in my own growth as a realtor.

I have so many good things to say about this organization. I am so thankful that Phillip found me. I’m grateful to be a part of a winning team and I encourage other realtors if you are considering transferring your license over to SPX Realty I can assure you it will be the best decision you have made in your career.
